House with a view!  This design was for a lovely young family of four within the design restrictions of Clara Anna Estate.  The steep slope of the site made for an interesting split level design.  All living areas was positioned to make use of the spectacular views towards the mountains of Paarl & Stellenbosch.   The elements (wind & sun) was also carefully considered in the layout.
